When someone shouts at you angrily, the first question you ask yourself is, "What did I do wrong? " Your answer, "For correcting my mistake? But I didn't do any wrong." Your mind continues, "She hates me." And then you behave accordingly. How? By shouting back? or........ Forgive them? What is reality? Why do some people get angry for no reason or for small reasons? Because your action or your person triggered their bad memory. It's not your fault or their fault, it just came out from their emotional baggage unconsciously. When you know that they did it unconsciously, what will you do? You will forgive them and forget the incident, right? But if you don't forgive what will happen? Welcome aboard, you have created a memory for yourself and you will behave exactly like the person who shouted at you, but doubly strong than what they did to you. Do you want it? I hope not.  Hi Guys!!! What happens when you overtake other's best? You become the best. For how long? Until someone overtakes you? You might say, it's life. When you step on all the peaks of this world, you feel elated for some time but after that, you have no more peaks to climb. Then what? Sweet memories and no more energy to live. Life is not a target to be fulfilled. When you reach the target, then what? The next target. And when you reach the top, then what? Sweet memories and a boring life to live. When you close your eyes, who is there with you? You answer might be "No one". But it's not true. There is one person, who is always there with you. and that is your Inner You or your Inner Self.  Look within you. There is a perfect and more powerful "you" waiting to be set free. If you can find that real "You", then no power will be able to stop you.  It's a lifelong process and every moment of it is more adventurous and exciting making you love you

We always want everyone to respect us. For that, we go to any extremes to make people notice, our actions and words. And when the targeted people do not acknowledge it and do not respect us, we feel sad and depressed. Stop right there. Imagine you consciously smiled at someone. You should feel happy because you really gave a smile without expecting anything in return from that person.  When you are conscious of each moment of your life, you will feel proud of yourself and you'll feel, I really did a good job in smiling.  You do not need to do any grand gestures, just simple things in life can make a lot of difference. When each action counts, you will start feeling proud of yourself. So after each kind, loving and caring thought, word or action, be thankful and look around, you will feel that the world is changing around you. But in reality, its you who changed this world. The same life I had when I was in school - CAREFREE. No Job, No worries, No commitments, No phone calls, No deadlines, No Targets. All the work, income, household chores, everything were handled by someone. It's the best time of my life. Thank you CORONA.  I from very young age, have used the sign of the cross and still using. I was thinking it was only for christians. But it was quite by accident, I came to know, another big truth underlying the sign of the cross before a prayer. (Don't ask me, what's the first truth. I don't know). I don't know any history or heritage of it. But I know one thing which gives credence to its significance, which we should respectfully use it by every human being in this Universe before they pray. Surprised!!! Don't be. So, let's check, with an example.  I will take my prayer. I make the sign of the cross and I start to pray, "God give me an Idea for my blog." If I believe in God, then I would not worry about it or doubt Him because I really know, that He will give me and I say, "Thank you , Bye." and make the sign of the cross and return. Here, the prayer will be answered immediately. But if I believe God is up in heaven and I have lots of unanswered prayers in

Today, my friend told me, that she was selfish when she was young. She didn't like sharing. She hated when her mother gave others good food, when it was entitled for her and her six siblings. But as she grew up, she transformed. It was the transformed person, who revived her past. So, what do you think, was she selfish and self centred? I will give you an example. After that you can answer the question. Have you seen babies? If they see anything that attractive, they just take it. They don't ask any permission. If we take it back, it cries, until it is returned. Do you think, the baby is selfish and self centred? You would say, it's baby, it doesn't understand. Exactly!! that's the case with everyone of us, even my friend. In some of our past, we have done, very bad and very shameful things.  Don't judge that thought or action or feeling. Just like when rain soaked your new dress, do you feel angry with the rain? Do you think, the rain did a wrong to you? No. Wh

 When you find that you and the person sitting near you are one and the same. No, I am not joking. Let me give you an example. Imagine God as an ocean and you are a drop of water, your sibling another drop of water, your friend another drop of water, your neighbour another drop of water, your enemy another drop of water, your boss another drop of water, your co-worker another drop of water, the beggar, another drop of water, the spider another drop of water, the snake, another drop of water, the tree, the tiger, the lion, whatever you see or not see around you are all drops of water. And imagine you are all living together in this Ocean. How will you find you, or your enemy or your best friend or the spider or whatever? You can't, because you all are one. That is when you will know you have found God because the God is you. How did you become God? When the drop of water is outside the ocean, it is a drop of water.
