10 Health Benefits of Drinking Aloe Vera Juice Health and Wellness…from a plant! Aloe vera is well-documented for anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antiviral properties. It’s rare to find scientifically documented research on a plant with that much health power. And, the FLP brand is even safe for children or pregnant women…a great endorsement on quality. Body metabolism works similar to an orchestra, each player has a vital role to create harmony. The  US National Library of Medicine  (PubMed) published a 2008 study by the  Department of Dermatology  in an East India medical research hospital. That research outlined the broad scope of aloe benefits, showing active components of vitamins, enzymes, minerals and powerful substances with anti-inflammatory

A Wise Boat Ride

Hey!!! Have you wondered why A day in the beach, or in the waters fishing or houseboat or whatever makes it memorable and special?  Yesterday, I went for the sunset cruise, it was just an hour ride. It can be said as the signature stamp of my tour. The finale of a long tour. So, while I was having this tranquil tour with the rest of the group, I was wondering, why this tour, an hour ride on the water, with the breeze in our hair, and nudging the water to bring ripples, where the gulls, the herons, the Brahminy kites, kingfishers, crows, etc...all ready to snatch its prey, should have been a hullabaloo. But, its not so, why? And the group was so happy that they really didn't want to leave. Water is the Elixir of Life. 71% of the Earth surface is covered with water. 78% of water is there in the body of a new born baby. But a fully grown human being will have only 60% of water in his body. So, what does that mean, we are part of the water, which surrounds us, being un

Hey Guys!!!! I hope you all are doing fine. Sorry, I am not regular in writing, remember, its not by choice. Two days back, while I was walking towards my office in the morning, I was passing a school. There were some parents, talking with each other (they had come to drop their kids to school). So there was a kid, approximately 3 years old, who was looking upside down,  (see the picture below) And I looked at the spectacle which the toddler was looking which we regularly see on Indian roads, mother goat feeding its kid. It really made me think, when did I last stopped to look at what I have around me and I can say - NEVER. Its not because we do not see, its because we are taking everything for granted, we leave behind the simplicity of life for resolving the difficult problems of life - AMASSING WEALTH. But remember, simple things are the ones that help to solve the very basic necessity of life - happiness, love, peace and contentment. All the rest will be taken care of

The Final Act

I have never felt so much love for nature, or to be specific towards  trees. Last day,   - a very heart rending experience, a touching moment happened, I might add  this as one of the unforgettable moments of my life, I think, it would have been touching for all who witnessed it. If a tree can change a life, or become a turning point, then surely, this tree did that job beautifully. I stay in the heart of Fort Kochi, where we have lots of Rain Trees. These trees are so big that it we feel that we are under an umbrella during heavy rains as well as scorching sun. I pass every day nearly four rain trees to reach my office from home. So naturally I have an attachment to it. Believe me, it gives shade to the children playing underneath it and that would be approximately 12 cricket teams and two football teams in one go, every Sunday evening and every holidays.  These trees, they are aged, they mght be approximately 250 years. Like old people, it started slanting towards the groun

Merry Christmas!!!! And A Very Happy New Year!!!!

Dear Guys!!! For me, Christmas is really special. Its not because I am a Christian. I think, this is the only festival which has crossed all boundaries of religion, caste, creed and country. Why does it hold special? I think there are lots of factors, but the main thing that has touched me is the "Sharing Part". One Christmas, I was alone, no family, no friends and in a very very different world, far away. I was sooooooooo alone that I felt very very sad. So, I bought several gifts for the orphans of the nearby orphanage and wrapped it and kept it underneath their pillows  and felt very happy. I returned back to my place, prepared for sleep and burrowed into my blanket and something got stuck in my leg and I tried to push, wondering what can be under my blanket, thinking of all the creepy, crawly things which can give me company on this very very cold night, sent a shiver through my spine and an extra energy to my hands. I  jumped off my bed and yanked the blankets

Are We able To Fulfil Expectations?

Never!!!!! That is a basic truth for all human beings. We cannot fulfill others expectations. Its not your or my fault. Its the basic way of things. But are we able to fulfill our expectation? I would say Yes. One wonders why? Well, its easy, when it comes to fulfill others expectation, the deciding factor is others or themselves, some guys are really perfectionist and if they are our measuring markers. Believe me, "We are Doomed!!!!" Anyway, I would say, its really good, that we are compared with the best and in the long run, we tend to measure ourselves with that standard, thereby raising ourselves to that stage and striving for that perfection. Can I say one thing? I would rather say, do not put a marker for your standard. Marker restricts you to only a certain standard, you can go above that, for sure. Isn't it good news!!!! As I am saying this markers and expectations and standards, I feel like I am talking about a marathon, with lots of markers, sta

Never Ever Say Goodbye!!!

Dear Guys Today, I had a very sad experience, when I came face to face with separation of one of my best friends. You know, that is when we feel that nothing is predictable, Remember, "The moment we have now is the best moment and it doesn't necessarily last".  Each word, each action, each attitude do count in the long run, when we create our own destiny. But we tend to forget that in the long run, the destiny is created with many others tagging along. In short, our  destiny do have a greater impact on others than to us. The destiny starts with Words falling from our mouth. I will give an experience of mine. My children, I have two. They are very arrogant, some times, I really hate that when they show it to me and I do not tolerate when they show that attitude. Once, it so happened, that my younger son, said something arrogantly to me and Bang!!!! I  smacked him right on his mouth. (In India, we parents have the privilege to both pamper and punish o
