When someone shouts at you angrily, the first question you ask yourself is, "What did I do wrong? " Your answer, "For correcting my mistake? But I didn't do any wrong." Because your action or your person triggered their bad memory. It's not your fault or their fault, it just came out from their emotional baggage unconsciously.  I from very young age, have used the sign of the cross and still using. I was thinking it was only for christians. But it was quite by accident, I came to know, another big truth underlying the sign of the cross before a prayer. (Don't ask me, what's the first truth. I don't know). I don't know any history or heritage of it. But I know one thing which gives credence to its significance, which we should respectfully use it by every human being in this Universe before they pray. If I believe in God, then I would not worry about it or doubt Him because I really know, that He will give me and I say, "Thank you , Bye." and make the sign of the cross and return. Today, my friend told me, that she was selfish when she was young. She didn't like sharing. She hated when her mother gave others good food, when it was entitled for her and her six siblings. But as she grew up, she transformed. It was the transformed person, who revived her past. So, what do you think, was she selfish and self centred? I will give you an example. From personal experience, one thing I know is, after every anger burst, I have regretted it. So let's check, what triggers anger?  Unhealed hurt, triggers anger. What does that mean? He is named the head of the family because, his decisions are always made with his intelligence and well planned strategies. Which all happens in his head.  Now, if a man can incorporate his heart with his brain,  then, he officially can become the head of the family.  How so?   Well, let's start from the beginning. Do you know how many cells are there in your body? 50 trillion cells.  What is the speciality of these cells? Each cell is one person. So you have 50 trillion people inside you, which is approximately 6000 times of world population. It recreates all your thoughts and feelings. You might think, it's crazy, but that's how your body is made. So what happens when you are angry? When you are angry, you fight. Likewise, all the 50 trillion cells in your body too become angry and they start fighting among each other.  When you continue in your anger, your cells will continue fighting, ending in  deathly sicknesses like cancer, Auto Immune Deficiency disease, etc.. for you and blocking you from all the goodness in happening and filling you with darkness. How do you stop it? Be peaceful and full of love, then every cell of your body recreates your thought and feeling, thus healing, rejuvenating and regenerating your body, making you  younger,

  There is only one way to do that. Meditation. That does not mean, sit in one place, close your eyes and breathe. Well, if you can do that, then that's perfectly cool. But if you can meditate, every waking hour, then, that is the best way. How do we do that? So, let's find, "who usually says, Meditation is boring?" Yes, your mind. What exactly is meditation? Meditation is to find your inner silence and peace. What exactly happens, when you decide to meditate or pray or be quiet? Your mind will shout "Its BORING!!!" You know you will have to sit there without TV, without your phone and you will have to sit still. You know it's impossible. You have so much to study, to work, to go there, etc... And you will hear it and say, "Yes, its boring and you have no time." You are now a slave of your mind. It is controlling you and you are not even aware of it. All the problems you are having in life is because  you are following what your mind is saying.

By consciously being aware that whatever you think, speak and do has a consequence. You are an energy being. Whatever you think, say or do, all has the same consequence. If you think bad but didn't do anything bad, that doesn't mean, you have not done anything bad. You have done bad because you thought it. Because, thought, word and action all produce the same vibration. So consciously stop yourself, when you begin to think bad.  If you can control yourself from bad thoughts, then you can stop creating negativities. It's easy to say, but very difficult to follow in life because you need to control your mind to stop from thinking bad. Because every human being thinks only bad of others, which we call judgemental.
