Throw Your Trash

Hey Guys!!!!

I am continuing from where I left yesterday.

I had requested you to just let yourself give a break from your  and let whatever thoughts come, to pass it through you, right?

And have you tried? What did you feel?

Well, I will say it for you, your mind will be a junk yard in a moment,  am I right?

I will give an example, yesterday, I had an experience where one client asked me, whether there is any chance of getting one room for three days in a specific hotel and when I checked there weren't any availability. So, I said, no, its not available and they left immediately and I didn't feel sad or odd.

But after a few minutes, my mind worked, "Hey Meena, you could have proposed another hotel and for a best price too, and then the thoughts started swirling around, if I had done that, it would have been better, if I had thought about it this way, then I could have another business, etc...etc.. a 101 questions went unanswered. Do you know what the ending was?

I was still in the same situation, sitting in the same chair, in the same office, doing nothing but shuttling and shuffling ideas.  So, what was the point in letting myself a break?

Nothing, just created a clutter, in the sense of thoughts. But in the sense of an experience of missed opportunity, Yes. I learned something.

I know, you will be rolling your eyes, but, its true, everybody has to get an opportunity, not just one. So, if even if you have an opportunity, you still do not get to utilize it but that is utilized by somebody, who needs more than us. Just remember, we are entitled for a better opportunity. I wanted to tell you, that do not think, that you should not feel bad when you miss certain opportunities, its like that or else, our "Self" will know what to do, It will direct you in the right direction. So, just let it go. Now we will have to sort out the clutter of all thoughts, we cannot really sort out any thoughts, it just comes and distracts each and every time, we sit idle or when we want to be at peace and at that time do not go and watch movie or play games or read books, just be your Self as a third person and watch all the drama your thoughts are doing and just Select All the thoughts and delete it. Yes, put it in the trash, yes I mean it put it in the trash, whatever happened, has happened, accept it live it and throw it and get ready to be stronger. That is all.

If you continue with the thought process, you will get angry with yourself, your situation, your friends, family, God, etc...etc... who has no connection at all, don't you think?

But putting in the trash is not very easy, your thoughts will come and haunt you whenever you are free, that is because the mind knows that if it distracts you with these trivial things, then you would be focused on these petty petty issues  and make a mountain, instead of letting you get to the soul of the problem or let you solve the problem, so that you can solve it and move it to trash.

So, as a person now you should be aware, when 101 questions are sprouting in your mind, remember, you are being deviated from the main course.

In the Bible we call it Satan.

"The mind governed by the flesh is hostile to God; it does not submit to God's law, nor can it do so." Romans 8:7

"Once you were alienated from God and were enemies in your minds because of[g] your evil behaviour" Colossians 1 :21

So, now you know who the Satan is - your mind, my mind, our mind. That is what is keeping you in reaching you to God. Any doubts?

Well, I will answer it tomorrow.

Take care and Be Happy.

Meena
