The Line Of Control
These days I am just horded with different types of love, like mother’s love, friend’s love, wife’s love, husband’s love, child’s love, teacher’s love, etc....etc.... Do you think, there is any wrong with this type of love?
I do not think so. And we all do have love affairs in different categories, for example, I do have friends, I have my parents, grandparents, cousins, uncles, aunts, neighbours and my brother, I am a teacher, I have my own kids and a husband. So I have been in varied form of love affairs. So does that mean, I am a whore (prostitute)?
No.
Yes, You are right. We do not become a whore if we love people around us. In actual fact, you are very lucky, if you are capable of loving someone. Whenever I think of love, the first thing that comes to mind is, Charles Dicken’s, Uncle Scrooge. I felt like smashing his face when he used to say “Humbug”. That is how we would be, if we are unable to love. So do not underestimate the power of love.
Now, when I say, you should love, there is a line that divides from pure love and indecent love, which we call the Line Of Control (LoC). That is what we should know. And how will we know the difference?
Easy. When the love we feel extends to include bodily needs like a sexual relationship (outside marital relationship), even in thoughts and dreams, then that is indecent or crossing the line of control.
Sexual relationship is very very pure and a powerful act. Never think its vulgar. You know, the people who attained greatness, spiritually, were born because their parents prayed to God to bless them with a child through Divine intervension and not out of carnal pleasure.
Love whoever you feel, but do not cross the Line Of Control (LoC). If you can attain that, then you are more spiritually attuned than a spiritual leader. A lot more happier in life than an innocent baby and more beautiful than the first bloom flower or the virgin morn. Or else, you look and behave worse than the waters of the gutters Want to bet?
So guys, I’ll let you decide, what you want out of life. Happiness or barenness.
