Yesterday, while I was in the boat, I had a talk about being spiritual. When we say that word, the first thing that comes to mind is prayer or going to a place of worship regularly. Frankly speaking, are you sure, that these people are the people who are spiritual? I would say a big "No" . I have my reasons. The people who are regular pray people, who go to church and temple are a nightmare to deal with. They are inhuman, they are inconsiderate. They feel they are always right because, they have the added bonus of going to church daily and praying from dawn to dusk. But a normal person, who doesn't have nothing to hold on or no set of rules, have only . They bring out what is in them, their innate behaviour - humanity. You know, its the synonym of love. It comes from the very heart and the heart doesn't need any rules. Today, a most weird conversation took place at my home. A french lady was speaking about a dream she had. She dreamt, that she was in Paris and was surprised that she was in her hotel in India. So, I asked her, how she felt. "Did you feel sad or happy?" She replied, she didn't feel anything. But when she returns back to Paris, she would really have difficulty to change from Indian to Parisian. When I thought about it, I too had this problem, to adjust to the atmosphere, where we have been replanted. Everything in nature too have this problem, the plants, the stones, the animals. This situation is so precarious, that we would have a tendency to flee to our safe cocoon. But that is what we shouldn't do - flee. We are being replanted for a reason - to grow. Have you ever been restless? I have been, several times, when I was a kid. Today I met a lady, who was restless. Her being, was deathlike, when I started speaking to her. She had lost hope, expectation. I could feel it, that I asked, "Are you OK?" She said, she was not feeling well. She was having fever and she was taking antibiotic, etc..etc... but we all know, how we feel when we are sick and otherwise. So I put the next question. "Are you happy?" Then the reply arrived, "I am restless. I really want to go from here. I have stayed too long here and there is no one to look forward to here. So I want to go." Here she has a reason for feeling restless, there is no one to say as her own, a person or persons to love her. Its innate. We all have it at one point or the other. But believe me, if you are searching for that one loving person or persons, then baby, you are doomed. You would never find it. You came alone to this world and you return alone

I had written a very book for children, which for me was incomprehensible, which means, I couldn't understand anything or get connected to the story line. Do you know what that means? That I have still not yet become a writer. The two things that I forgot to add in my book was simplicity and innocence. So when I read that book I knew I had to dismantle it and start afresh. That is how the new book came into existence, "Why Should You Love Your Parents". This book is not a rewrite of the first book. Its only a small chapter of it - The Tip of the Iceberg In our life, we have loads and loads of things to learn and our lives are too small to learn everything. But have you ever thought, if we do not even try to teach ourselves even one thing in the basics of life, where will we end up? I have always thought, how would we fare in life without a because. But do you know this word is a small spark which can ignite a big explosion? Its simple, when we make a mistake, we have a reason, that's for sure. So we start to get into the very depth of the cause of our mistake and it would surely be not us then naturally the first word that comes out of our mouth is 'because'. The first 'because' makes the other person feel a negativity over us and the next 'because' would make him grind his teeth and the third one a tight fist and the fourth one a smash which would have a negative impact in our life. One of my friends lost her family due to certain circumstances which could be termed, thrown out of home. They burnt her certificates and no money to survive. She became literally alone in the streets. I do not know, how she survived, but after several years, I met her and she was a changed person. I was expecting a depressed person, but to the contrary. She was at peace with herself, no hatred or no hurt. When I asked, how she became such a person? She replied to my utter surprise. “I came to this world with nothing but my body and I return with nothing, not even my body. My family helped me understand it and I would be thankful to them. Why should I cry for something, which I don’t own. Why should I run in amassing money? Why should I crave for my own home? God provides me, what I need. He knows me better than I know myself. If I need a home, He will give me. If I need a dress, he would cloth me. If I feel hungry, the food would reach me. The only thing I need to do is, keep my

Yesterday, I gave you hope, but Today, I would have to say something discouraging, not purposely, its out of necessity. Yesterday, I told about a suoerbomblastic prayer, that could clear your bad destiny. It is true, but there is a glitch in it. In the prayer, we say, "Forgive us our sins" It is a promising part but it doesn't stop there, it continues, " as we forgive those who sin against us." Yes, its not very easy to follow. Forgiving those who hurt us? Never. We have 1001 reason for keeping grudge against our enemies. That God knows and He just took hold of that clause, to put us in this soup. Anyway, I would say, grudge or no grudge, just don't let this opportunity pass by, to clear your destiny. Its an opportunity to have a happily ever after life. So guys, I take leave. Today I saw the most surprising sight, which really awed me and made me think too. A fishmonger was taking his fish in a cycle. The container was open and the man was cycling fast. But a crow came flying silently and took a fish and flew off and the man was not even aware of it. If he goes on cycling like that for a kilometer, he would become poorer by a kilo. Because crows are far smarter than men. We are like the fish monger. We have loads of talents, we have loads of goodness in us. But we don't even bother to keep it intact by not acknowledging it and cherishing it and in the end, it won't stay with us. It goes off. I have a friend, who has only one aim in life, to become rich. So he doesn't spend on himself or for his family what he earns. He feels, that if he saves that much money, he could be richer by the day. But alas, money is for daily use. If it is not utilized wisely, it goes off unused to others hands. And that is what happens to talents or goodness too.

Now when I said about pyramids, I had in mind about the advancement of intellect alone without any basic education. But the funny part is, they have given a blue print of their life style and whatever they did so clearly that, we are still baffled with the simpleness as well as the complexness of the matter. The Bible, the Koran, The Bhagavad Gita and all spiritual books were their users manual, that we are still unable to decipher the actual meaning or the inner depth of what they have written. Where have we gone wrong? Nowhere, we are still babies in the cradle of spirituality. That's it. Why I am saying this? So that we all could gain some mileage in our lives. I do not know whether you would believe, I was thinking, I would be in my own coffin today. But when I woke up, I totally forgot about my death part and went for my ritual visiting my creator,to His place. Usually, when I am there, I am very talkative to Him, saying something rubbish in your standard, but not in my standard eh? I was not keeping well in the morning, I was feeling dizzy and I was having a splitting headache and I thought my pressure was getting low or something. So I started eating chocolates, big , small, hard, soft, but still I was not keeping well. Then I thought,my end is coming closer, good, because we all have this call at one time or the other, but my only request was, I want it to happen, when I am at home, than in a public place, where the people get confused, of what to do with my corpse and me in the mortuary, wasting my precious time

Yesterday, I happened to watch the movie Kungfu Panda. There are three things that touched me. The first one, which really awed me was the selection of the dragon warrior. And the person selected was a Panda who had no knowledge of the basics of kungfu whose main focus was eating. But still he was selected, why? Is it really possible? In the real world, we all are born with lots of drawbacks, that is natural, but there is a gem within us, which has been camouflaged by our flaws. I love eating and lazy at cooking. The normal vice of a housewife. But that doesn't mean, I shirk my duty of cooking. Since I have to do it, I thought I will give my best shot, without any thought. So this thought part is the best part. I have a very lively imagination of how my food should look and taste and what the dialogue should be are all pre recorded into my being. And what has been pre recorded is what I get, the very taste, the flavour and the dialogues all happen exactly as planned. Does it ring any bell? Today, I happened to be in a position where I had to live up to someone else's expectation. Usually, a human life is always living upto someone else's expectation. When we are born, our parents have an expectation, when we study, along with our parents, teachers too have expectation. When we grow big, the circle of expectation gets wider. But are we able to keep up to their expectation? That is the most dumb question we would be trying to answer. One thing we should remember, in life we are really having difficulty in fulfilling our own expectation, then, what would be the success percent of fulfilling other's expectation? Yes, you are right, it would be zero. But, if you include their expectation as yours, then you can make yourself happy and in the process, others could become happy. I do not know, what my aim in life is. I have only tried not to hurt anyone. But still, I do not know, why I was born. Today, I faced death. If I had passed away I would have been really glad, not because I am scared of life. It is because, I have not made any difference in anyone's life. The blog I write was my own growing. It helped me a lot. But, this world is not for me alone. I have to give space for the others. But, when I do that, I wanted to give my best to my fellow people. Not like an Einsteen or Newton or the saints or great people. But like you and me, first family, friends, colleagues, neighbours, then the world. I think, I have failed everywhere. Two days back, I met my cousin brother. So he was speaking about his work place. The atmosphere his higher ups create for the lower employees was the highlight. He said, how a new employee was treated when he made a mistake. The gentleman was warned, at that time another superior officer joined hands with this superior, saying, he did the dame before and the other superiors too joined. Its so humiliating to be working under such idiot supervisors. But I do not understand, how educated people could behave like that. I have heard, education refines man. Here I feel, it has refined the human heart and left intact the animal instincts for the rest of the society to tolerate. I have worked in different places and the attitude of the people are different at different circumstances. When they are far from home, out of state or country, people tend to be accommodating, understanding and helpful. Could you please explain the best sights of the place? That would be the first question any tourist would ask before he plans to go to any destination. Which includes both you and me. But this question was directed to me. That really was a question, isn't it? Usually we don't bother about the details of our own places. You know, the place I live is a tourist hot spot and I have not seen most of it. But I have visited several places out side our place. I really felt ashamed. Today I happened to meet a surgeon, who was treating a patient with infected cyst. Years back, the treatment was cut open and the sack which accumulates the pus removed with great care. But today the doctor just applied glycerine magsulph, some  antibiotic and anti inflammatory medicines. When asked, why you are not removing the cyst? He replied, 'it would damage many cells, which is not affected. So we help remove the pus through the application of glucerine magsulph and stop the infection and bring back to its normal state by antibiotic and anti inflamatory medicine. I thought wow, I'm not a fan of allopathy medicine because of surgery. If something extra grows or unwanted happens they immediately remove with the slice of a knife. But this new attitude was indeed surprising for me. This made me think, people are indeed in the path of change. A change for the good of mankind.
